Notes- MR-04 Ready Set with Reflex 0* Aluminum Knuckles. New KS Medium fronts (super glued side walls) New Marke V1R10. Car was very good but the rear would step out under power in turns 1,2, and 3. Being sick the last 3 weeks killed my runs! I waited till the last minute, but this was the best I could do! 12C is now put 100% together (lights, body pieces) now just a dusting of color.

On a side note I ran all these runs with Cham's new designed Tx wheel, and IT IS NICE!!!!!!!!! More to follow on it's own write up!

Hey Guys,

First off Sorry for the delayed response but I have been down for most of 3 weeks with covid. Also my laptop is still screwed up, so I leave it hooked up on the track, and I have a hard time with rctech on my phone (i'm not that phone savvy).

To answer your question, there was never a hard rule either way on tape. I really never considered it as I was worried about the sticky residue left on the walls since we move our tracks around so much. BUT after a close look at my walls after a few years of my wall banging, I've reconsidered it, and ordered a roll! After a bunch of searching and reading and seeing the large tracks using it in pics from all over the world, I understand most use it to save their walls, with the added benifit of them not being soo snaggy.

So until I'm told otherwise, meaning I missed it somewhere, I'm fine if ya want to tape ur walls.

I'm going to start with the corners, as I always see tiny red foam chunks in my bodies and on my chassis after a run. Then in a few key areas I am wearing the walls down. We'll see if the red and white striped tape screws with my eyes too much!!

Note- Kingpin flip mod, AE black grease inside gear diff to slow down action. The car felt edgy with harder tires bc humidity floated around 60-75% which is highest this year so far. I didn't have time to get a solid run with softer tires due to time and humid conditions. I will have to bring my track indoors on these days. Marka tires have radial tread almost gone, this changed the chracter of the cornering. It becomes loose when car is pitched aggressively.
