Is there any consensus on how thick to run the wing on the Exotek P1-Z? The previous pics show a pretty even mix of 10mm and 20mm. Here is a pic of my finished car with the 20mm wing for reference.

the number placard was created in Cricut Design Space and then printed on printable white vinyl using an inkjet printer. It was then covered with clear laminating film to provide some water proofing. A Cricut Maker was then used to cut it out, but that step isn't really necessary if you have a straightedge and a sharp hobby knife.

If you are running under the USGT rules, then the max is 10mm from the top of the side dams to the surface of the wing. As far as chord, there is no spec that I am aware of.
Cheers!
What program does she normally use for designing with her Cricut? I have a full size vinyl cutter and stuff like this is just a basic design. You can go two routes if you are cutting the vinyl like in the example, either make a green rectangle with rounded corners and then make and layer on top the white square, lettering and number. Or you can use white as your base material and then cut the green rectangle with the center square and USGT lettering cut out. Then you lay that on top of the white as well as adding your cut numbers.
