The Cricut has it痴 own software called Cricut Design Space. There is a free and a paid version. 99.9% of it is aimed at Mom痴 making birthday cards but it works great for stickers and paint masks too. The 5 and Coca-Cola on my PZ-1 were my first attempts at creating paint masks.
bill I came out This last Saturday and was like I’m outta my league as the guys weee to going by me like I was standing still. I figured out ST Charles I’m going to figure this Thunderdome out too. I might come Saturday. Sill not sure it’s worth trying to be competitive if I can not get at least 13-14 sec laps.
I struggle with on road gearing still. Never as simple as so many make it out to be.

I致e been in that spot. I get that feeling. They were faster then my 21.5TC. I got destroyed the first time I raced on road outside of St. Charles on carpet. Don稚 focus on the top 2. Jim and Rob are always gonna be faster then most of the rest. I知 supposed to get help with one of mine Saturday. I知 sure he壇 try yours also.

I had the same issue. Picked up a new car that had the Spec motor in it. I geared it at 3.8 to be safe. We race on parking lot asphalt. 80-90' straight. It was dog slow. Couldn't get out of the way fast enough down the back straight! couldn't gear it high enough with the selection I had at the time. Later found out 2.8-3.0 would've been in the ballpark. Of course gauging the temp is critical.
Our USGT class doesn't require the Spec motor, so back in the tube it went...

Running anything at Steel City is maybe a special case though due to the size difference in the track. About 5 seconds longer than the parking lot stuff we are doing. Even TC was 13.5 rather than 17.5.
Steel City is a huge track. They went with different spec motors to make the class somewhat interesting. The USGT spec motor on that track would be pretty boring.
I ran my spec motor on Steel City at the Thursday Practice, didn't have the gearing figured out at that time. Having played a lot with gearing lately I think the spec motor would work there, just not as fast as the 17.5 static timing motors they used, maybe off by a second. Looking forward to testing my theory out in September. ;-)
