Obviously, it's based on the Toybaru (aka Toyota 86 (previously-known as the Scion FR-S & Subaru BRZ). So...the BIG question is - Will this qualify for USGT?
Hahaha. Get your eyes checked. If you want to run TC go run TC.

Very well put PANTHER6834. I had a comment in mind, but your statement was way better than mine.

Not USGT legal, it's a sanctioned TC body. Also, it looks nothing like a Toyota 86/Subaru BRZ.

Is this the USGT rules page?

<br /><a href="http://www.usvintagetransam.com/rules/">U.S. Vintage Trans-Am R/C Racing Series</a><br />Can someone fix the motor rules.

It doesn't mention a spec motor. Not cool to spec a motor, then not tell anyone about it until they fail tech. First page here is fubar as well. Open esc? I only noticed this because I'm thinking about building one in the spring ,to take advantage of a TC biased new track. I'm likely just going to toss a 13.5 in for now, and buy the correct motor at the track. If I can get a straight answer, AT the track, which motor it is. [ Nobody's going to tech the last place newb anyway. ]

I’m under the impression the motor will be adopted spring next year.

some races / tracks may choose to get ahead of that.

New spec motor will not go into effect until spring. US Indoor Champs is using the motor. Some places are going to the motor now, but probably not at your track if they haven't failed you in tech yet.
