Waiting on ESC and 2000kv Truggy motor from Tekin and she's ready for this summer! Which wing you guys like? Black Finnisher or White Tekno? Just finished the paint job, I really hate painting...

Eric, great looking paint job ya got there! Out of curiosity... what do you reinforce the body with? I am assuming drywall tape?
I ask because I recently used a product that blew my mind when I went to reinforce my last body... It's called "FiberFix" and you can check it out here. I found it on an end-cap at my local Lowe's Hardware, but you can probably get it at The Home Depot or Walmart as well!
Anyway, after painting my last shell - I thought I'd give this stuff a try and boy am I glad I did! I overdid it on that shell, but it was my first go at it, so I thought I'd pretty much do as much of the body as I could. Well... now I know how strong this stuff is and where the weak spots are in the ET-48 body. I am getting ready to paint a new lid for this years' racing season and I am planning on using the FiberFix tape again... only this time in strategic spots! LoL!
If anyone is interested I could snap some pics as I go along... there is a good and bad way to apply this stuff I found!

They shouldn't. The screw that comes through the bottom of the spindle arm might. If so just cut off the 1-2mm off the bottom of the screw so its flush with the nut and then you won't have anymore rubbing.

I purchased the 18mm length screw and it worked perfectly. Part number TKR1528
