Tekno RC EB48 Thread
Anyone have a car stand recommendation? I have an old stand but it doesn't fit the Tekno because the chassis is so narrow. Thinking of picking up one of these:

It could be that when they measured the oils in comparison it wasn't consistent? Maybe that is a big advantage you get with the PT Oils, a more consistent oil.
that stand should be fine. I use some of the duratrax style ones but it doesn't have that channel down the middle and it works fine.

Does anyone run the shock collars without the o ring? Noticed that 2 shocks are spinning the body out of the cap when trying to adjust the collars since there so tight. Any way to loosen them up out then spinning them off and on the body a dozen times?

Put some shock oil on the o-rings before installing them.
I have two of these. Overdose Stand, one for my SCT and Buggy. The only thing is that it doesnt swivel, but packs up nicely in the tool box. Good luck
I lik it though if am say saucing tires and need to put the vehicle aside. works well for that.

The thing I notice it the weight of the car keeps the locking pin from locking tight.
It locks into the holes but it takes very little force to rotate the table, somtimes just turning a wrench is all it takes.
I have a different oem of that ofna stand for most of my vehicles and have no complaints. The one comment on it is that you need to periodically tighten the center screw to keep the top staying flat and not wobbly. This is easy and not required often though. The shock holders work great for building shocks and letting the air bubbles rise on their own, though the center 2 will lean outwards some due to hitting the top plate. I love the magnet on the opposite side of mine, it holds my body clips when I take them off, so as to never loose them at the track.
