The car will be more planted overall and holds a line in the corner better.

On my ultra light buggy seems it makes rear end traction more consistent and predictable. It helped me with consistency. I'm running battery forward in the tray with the tray in the rear position.

I can't say yet on the eb48. I haven't run a regular eb48 since last summer and I just took first laps with this new one this morning and the setup needs some work. I need to get it out for a practice day and get the setup closer to what I like. I just built it with basically the box setup and used that as a starting point.

Just want say thanks all on the her fix and set up stuff. I had to relearn the buggy but it was a lot better.
Also turned down my punch to 65---from 80 and I i as about to hammer it and not worry about babying it in the turns.

Hi vwduud,

I did it without any problem, on my little shaft for TeknoV4 conversion.
The pins used by Tekno here, are the same.
The mugen pins are the right ones (MUGC0270), but I use a Hudy tool, and that's true that you need to hit hard.
Bye !

Personal preference. I just like the K shocks. Very smooths feeling, very easy to build with consistent rebound. I have been running the K shocks on my SCT410 and ultralight Tekno buggy for a long time now so I figured I would just keep everything the same on all 3 cars.

No knock against the Tekno shocks. They are very good.

The wires have a big loop of slack dipped down between the esc and motor. Cant really see it well in the picture. Been running the Tekno cars wired like this since the day the original EB48 came out. No issues.

New EB48.2 for the spring. Just finished it. The BCE chassis on my super light tekno buggy was stellar so I'm giving it a try on the EB48.2 now. This version has both the standard and rear battery positions. Gonna try it both ways tomorrow.

Maiden run in the morning. Cant wait!

Looks real slick. It will be a shame when it gets all dirty, but we do race in the dirt after all. Love the FTW body.

Yea. Good meeting you yesterday. Had a blast. That track was really challenging!!! Very technical.

As long as there is slack in them. Tekin recommends running then down the can to give them support from flexing the solder and solder tabs, but I've never seen anyone have issues on the motor end from running them the opposite way.

I installed the BCE chassis and it's a game changer. The buggy is a lot more stable in the rough sections and the flex makes it stick to the track. Great job BCE, i highly recommend this upgrade!
