Issue - no settings to change on the App
Galaxy Note 2 v 4.1.2
Plugged into Data / fan port
Hotwire has green light
RX8 G2 has red DB light
App on phone changes to V246 in upper left corner but no data shows on screen
RX8 G2 - brand new
Tried app with LIPO plugged in and switch off and on - but will then app will only stay in DEMO, so the pictures were taken with phone plugged into ESC , no other power source to ESC , tried with switch off and on no difference
HOTWIRE to my laptop works fine

I know it works on the Note 2 running 4.1.2 because I tested it on a friends phone.
So if you're seeing 246 and the esc listed, you're not in demo mode. However your Rx8 may need a software update for the latest app. So please use the Hotwire via PC and make sure you're esc doesn't' ask for an update.
Also let's make sure you have the latest app version. Launch the app in either mode demo/etc and hit the "about" buttons and read me the version.

Just got my gen2 combo 1900kv for eb48.2 looking for gearing suggestion I believe stock spur 44 and was thinking 18t pinion with current limiter 75% just curious if in the ball park?

Whats the best setup in terms of the esc settings and gearing to run my 8E 3.0 for 30 min with a battery change of course.
rx8 gen2 paired with 1400kv T8 6s
i used 15/45 and timing profile on one with 10% drag brake and 44% brake
motor came of at 130 CELSIUS!!

Whelp installed a tekin rx8 gen 2 with t8 motor. Been runing amazingly. Took it out this morning to show a coworker. Flicked on my power switch it made the usual beeps then went Bzzzz and now it's dead. Batteries ready full charge. I checked eith 4 separate ones. Only had it since saturday. 
How do I warranty this thing. I'm totally bummed out right now.
