HI, I recently bought a combo 2050kv TT2316 4030B2050kv and I´m having problems with HIGH neutral signal, I can not drive the car more than 3 to 5 min, accelerating straight and stop the esc is no signal until it restarts and return to work, but I can think the same accelerated to stop, brake and inverter restarts, turn it up on leds 5,6 and 7.
I have recalibrated the radio and is still happening the same.
I tried it with different batteries and still happening the same.

Radio: Spektrum DX3R Pro, receiver SR3100
Battery alls 4S and connectors EC5: Nvision 6500mAh 90C
Orion Carbon Pro 6400mAh 90C
Turnigy 4500mAh 30-40C

Before another combo had mounted another brand and never gave me such problems.
See if the same thing someone else has happened and what you can fix me, because in two weeks I have a race and I see that I will not be able to dispute it.

Greetings.

Once you radio calibrate, you don't have to do it again until you update your software of factory reset the unit.

So this makes no sense here. IF you're driving the car, it won't ask for a radio calibration.

What radio system is this?

I observed that my ESC shows HIGH neutral signal (leds 5,6,7) when in Lipo cut off. I am not sure when it started, when it was new it showed correct combination. I took closer look at it, when it reaches lipo cut of it shuts down car with leds 1 3 and 5 blinking for a 1 second and then it immediately shows 5,6,7 and stays there. ESC is properly calibrated. Besides this strange leds behaviour everything works fine.

lupalra - isn't just your lipo cut off set way to high?

Randy_Pike - any possible explanation why lipo cut off switch leds to 5,6 and 7 . Is it normal?

And Randy, AFAIK you should be getting some information about interest in building WP brushless sensored ESC combo. Yes we want it!!

My guess is that after hitting LVC he may have hit a soft reboot by chance. I'd ask to know what esc software he's on?

I'm sure you've answered this before but I didn't feel like reading a bunch this late. What is a good timing profile to start with for a tekno sct410 w/pro4 4300 setup, 2s 7200 smc running at SDRC indoor clay??

Tekin 4 poles generally don't like timing. That motor shouldn't leave you wanting anything extra anyway so I would start with zero timing. People running that motor in the Tekno gear it from 17 to 18... 18 you will not be looking for any additional top speed

Well if you exclude the HV Bec, they're nearly identical. However the HV BEC I refuse to race without again, especially in Truggy!

On a rx8 gen 2 fan does the sticker on the fan go up or down? Is the fan blowing air at esc
Or pulling heat away from esc?

This is my dash board (You are only allowed to post URLs to other sites after you have made a certain number of posts. You have not reached that limit yet) I can´t put url:

Voltage cutoff: 4s
Drive Mode: Dual Drive
Motor Direction: Normal
Throttle Profile: 3
Brake minimum: 0
Throttle Minimum: 3
Drag Brake: Off
Brake strength: 60
Reverse speed: 60
Neutral Width: 10
Current Limit: Off
Push Control: Off

Current version 246

Others versions 249 238

Today I modified Neutral Width, from 42 (parameter original) to 10, but the same thing keeps happening to me.

When that happens the esc restarts, the cells of the lipo are all 3,8 aprox

thnks

I am running 249 now, it was the same with 238. What is that soft reboot? Can it cause some problems? And how to diagnose what is causing it? Thanks
