So I'm actually reading the instruction book first and....
As I read it on page 22 it says to complete the function of 1-6 engine braking press the center function button.....
(I assume this is the procedure used to complete each function setting) .....does it then go onto the next function to be set automatically or do you have to push the R button?
Either way (pushing R or automatically moving to next function) on this page it then indicates it will go onto 1-7 energy saving mode...
But according to the diagram of functions on page 30 after 1-6 there is no 1-7 ENSA?

You hit the right or left buttons (either is fine) to go to the next setting. Hitting the center button will get you out of the SET mode. To increase or decrease any given setting you use the trigger, throttle to increase and brake to decrease.

I got a Keyence Rapida-C Pro today, looks awesome.
I thought about getting a KO VFS-1 but opted for the Keyence, mostly beaucause the plug-in wires. Will be super easy to use in my buggies next season.
But, i'm a little confused. Do i have to solder on the noise supression capacitors? Is it really that improtant? My motors have preinstalled capacitors......
Also, is a schottky diode nescesary? Ill probably solder it onto my wires anyway.
Would it be an advantage if i soldered on a powercap?
Anyone got a good setup for stock on a tight, technical carpet track running rubber?

I keep trying & trying...
but 'everytime' I try to reset my Key. ZVEtreme I screw it all up and I can't get the damn thing to set up with my transmitter properly. Any of you guys own a 3PK? I know how to navigate through the settings, but the values I set doesn't want to stay put. I have to play around with the throttle just to see if it'll stay where I want it. Once I get the value I want, it counts down back to zero all by itself. HOW FRUSTRATING
. Did I already say I'm frustrated

for the info, just wondering now about the other part of the question please? According to the manual diagram on page 30 ENSA 1-7 doesn't exist after setting 1-6 engine braking?

actually this ESC is very common, most people are very intimitaded by it though and it has a false reputation for being hard to set up.It took me a few mins to get the feel for it and it can be aggravating at times.I had to call Keyence on my first one because I thought there was someting wrong with it,But they walked me through it.They have great service also.
