I've used the Protek connectors before with no problems. I just order them from SMC from now on each time I get a new pack.

Smc' ports are tighter than most packs. You will damn near need pliers to get other bullets out when new.

Get Danny's as others linked to. I run the short ones. Order extras and keep them fresh and unsquished to avoid arcing and a melted case corner (for any pack).

Yeah, they are just a little snug at first, but I actually liked it like that.

I think you can pay with your visa on PayPal without a papal account.

I have a bit of a problem I bought some of your smc race spec batteries and they swelled after 2 races.........I take care of my batteries and have some that are about 3 years old......the only problem and why I did not go to warranty servises was that these two races were over a span of a couple of months because of rain outs......

are all the cells swollen or just 1 in the back? The odds of all the cells in a back being defective is basically 0%. For them to be warrentied it basically needs to be 1 cell out of wack. If you have a couple packs with issues, its most likely the user. What other brand of packs have you used without issues?

Width is 47.2 mm
Height is 47.25 mm
Length is 138.8 mm

I checked 3 of our in stock 6570-4s2p and they are the current batch, they were all the same size.
