This is correct.
Does anybody else have any suggestions for a front sway bar for a B4?

The JC kit will work just fine...

You'll have to probly tweak the bar or cut it a tad shorter so that it won't interfere with the shock. Use a .200 ball stud and drill a hole in each arm and done. I highly suggest using the thinnest bar on the front of a buggy.

When will this stuff go up on their web site? I just checked and it's not there.

Grasshopper , Vision just got the parts in yesterday ....

Of interest ...

The precision machined bushings used on the Vision carbon steering rack ?

Made by Kelly Lunsford himself personally...

Wildcat, the funniest thing I read was "These low-friction ballcups will help free up the front and rear suspension to work more efficiently". They do realize the excessive slop comes from their existing ballcups which have a good amount of play when installed. I don't think I've ever read anyone saying they had binding issues due to the ballcups so I don't know why they would make such a statement. Also wish it had holes on the backside so it's easy to take things apart without having to snap cups off and on repeated to do so. All that does is weaken the cups with each snap.

The priority should be to make a more durable ballcup that is more precise fitting without binding and everyone who had the crappy ones that broke almost immediately should have a full set shipped for just the cost of shipping.

try the new jconcept ballcups. They even supply a angled ballcup that moves the turnbuckle away from the spring in the rear so no rubbing, and they have the holes on top to get to the ballstud

lol, I like the FB posts... Low friction = easier for the cups to pop off, lol. But I agree with you about a sturdier cup with the role

the reviews on these have not been optimal. I was going to get some, but I dunno now.

I knew you had ordered some. Didnt know if you had a chance to run them yet. Did you have to do any extra prep to keep them from popping off? Did you only use the ribbed?

I used chapstick on the threads of the JC turnbuckles. I used the wedge up front, rib for the steering links and a wedge in the rear with the offset wedge on the outside hub carrier position. Have not had any issues since install.

To hell with all that, I simply converted to TLR cups as they are much more robust and heavy duty than anything for Associated cars, even the RPM stuff, AND the fit onto the ball studs is as precise as anything so it eliminates at least 90% of slop from the ball studs. The only thing better are straight ball links which is where I'm headed back to in the future.

I also had several dozen of the TLR Cups and Studs in my box of spares that I never got around to needing so it was a no brainer.
