Team Associated B4.2 Thread

Ok so I've been going over my B4 and setting everything to the factory specs. The result of this is -2 deg camber in the back and....-5 deg in the front. I measured the camber links several times and am in the kit hole (inside at the tower with 2 washers and hole A at the caster block). Why do I have so much negative camber in the front using the factory setup?

My tower broke on the left side just left of the center. All three broke in the same place! Since I changed my camber link and increased to 30 wt. oil I have ok so far.

Yes I am.
No I can adjust it...my confusion is that the kit setup is supposed to be -1 front and rear and I'm at -2 in the rear (not so bad and I'm going to go more for my track anyway) and -5 in the front. Why am I getting -5 in the front? Really the question is: is the manual just wrong on the front camber length or might I have some other issue. If built per the manual should I not get -1 front and rear?

Today i raced for the first time with the b4. it kinda sucked cos the rubbish JC ball cups kept popping off! 3 times it popped and i had to quit the Q and once the main.
and i didnt even tune the car so it was box stock.
so the main conclusion is that the JC ball cups suck!
and its not the first time im disappointed from there products.

Don't you guys pop off the rear ball cups every time you have to clean/rebuild the outdrives and the diff? Maybe I'm OCD or doing things back asswards, but I clean my outdrives after every weekend of practice and rebuild the diff as necessary. That means popping off the rear ball cups (on one end of the link) at least once per week. So, I expect wear.
Are you using limiters in your shocks? Are you popping off on landings or during flips/hits? I'm curious, as others don't seem to be experiencing this issue. I guess I'll be trying mine soon and see for myself.

i just dont like the current ae ballcups, and dislike how much rpm cups bind under compression.
