Thanks Curtis.............I was thinking about lower weight front diff oil. I know if I go to a stiffer rear bar the car will lose some side bite in the sweeper, I dont want that!
When the new rear pin holder is released I know that will do the trick, when you add more rear toe in it helps with turn in.

Slotmachine- have you tried the titanium pins....or anyone. How well do they hold up?

Can someone kindly share a part number for an aluminum servo horn that works well and with no body rub? Just bought an eb48 and am itching to get her going.

If you go to page one of this thread, there are several listed. However I like the Hot Bodies one the best and can not find it anywhere. Every body is Sold Out. So, I am looking at some other ones as well!

I recently tried the blue Protek RC servo horn from Amain and it's a good fit. You run the linkage on top of the horn and just add a few washers on the bellcrank and it's even across. Pretty decent fit. I run HB horns on my other Teknos and still had to shim them for a straight pull too so no biggie shimming the protek one.

Here's the HB one that most people prefer:

Here's the Protek one I just used this week:

Thanks Matt, That's what I did for now until the Hot Body servo comes in stock somewhere!

Default Downforce

What is every body running for the down force on their wings? This is my first ebuggy build and I went with the most down force in the wing. Any suggestions?

The only thing that worries me a bit now is the fact that there is a slight resistance when spinning the wheels after tightening the wheel nuts.

There is no binding in the diffs as the wheels turn freely without tightened wheel nuts.

Any good ideas? Any ideas at all?

Your simply feeling the weight of the tires and wheels being installed on the buggy. Any buggy in the world will "feel" different with tires off spinning by hand then with all tires on. Nothing to worry about at all.

What i ended up doing was picking up a losi servo horn. You need to mount the linkage on top, but you can lower the degree of the angle by bending the servo horn down, Takes away a lot of shim and keeps it off the body. Granted I would have much rather NOT bend one of my servo horns but it was a small price to pay to run.....
