Lucky lucky....my sct410 diffs were a 100% improvement over my eb48 diffs...I wonder if tekno will stop carrying complete diffs now that they are through all of the release 1-3 ones that were 2 tight, leaked and required break in. Wish I would have waited lol

one thing i found odd was that it has the same pinion as the sct410 (it needed the stack of shims/the flat spot enlarged)

Ok...so now the EB48 and the SCT410 kits both have the same diffs correct? The EB48 diffs now come with the SCT410 diffs?

Seems that way, I went and opened my 48 and it appears the diffs are the newer ones (same as 410) They pins are notched and I think the old (first batch ) are round? Also there is an addendum and shims for the pinion's.

Can you tell which arms are on it? I would think that the original ones would eventually become the lightweight option and that the beefy ones would become the stock part like the sct410...could be wrong though.

Edit: meant to say the sct410 seem like HD ones

I got a new kit (for spare parts) a few weeks ago and it has the old diffs still. I got it locally but it was pretty new stock. At least I got it real cheap.

Edit,

Can I just buy the SCT410 diff gears (TKR5150) and cross pins and use them in the EB48 with no issues?
