Did you find the on-power steering ?
Its getting better, I just need to get it to where my old b4.1 was at and I'm pretty close. Another day or so at the track with some minor changes and testing should get me there.........

Thought I would give the rest a chance to help you...

Would only had suggested boring stuff like first make sure the slipper is not locked & adjusted correctly ...

I changed my slipper to the new 4.2 slipper, I'm using the stock spring and I have to have the nut so backed off to set the proper tension that its only on half way.

I have the stock output shaft, a B4.1 slipper pad, the spur, the new slipper housing, a new slipper pad, metal plate, new slipper pad, then the final outer most slipper plate from the new slipper, the stock spring and then stock nut

all the pads are sitting flat especially the very first one that kinda hidden back there.

Any ideas?

I gave the spring a squeeze and now the nut sits flush. At least its in the nylock zone.

I am using a 69 spur (17.5 motor) The pinion and slipper hub are .030 thicker than with the larger spurs I have

The top slip plate fits both the metal slip plate oval shape and also the oval shape of the end of the shaft, it slips on to it good.

If you have made sure the slip plate is alined ?

then just tighten down so you have .3mm threads showing above the lock nut

Oh I can tighten the nut easily, it's too tight. I bought the upgraded slipper kit and didn't get the spring. I didn't think about the spring.
