Thanks for all the help and support Neal. This past weekend was the REDS Trifecta Series Finals at HCRCR. We got the Proto 7 and Plus-4 all tuned in and ready friday night for the racing saturday. We run the Proto 7 in the truggy, with the Nova 41001/9901ss pipe combo, with the Plus-4 on the buggy with a Nova 41029/2096ss combo. The motors ran great all day saturday, providing smooth and usefull power, and great fuel economy as well. I was able to TQ in both Pro Buggy and Pro Truggy, with a very impressive and talented field. The Proto 7 was able to power the truggy home to the win, and solidify the overall series win. In the buggy main, I was able to get an early lead. But car problems later in the race would end my day early. It was a great race, and once again Neal and everyone at clockworks showed that they have what it takes to win. Thanks again for all the help and support from CRE, keep up the great work guys.

Hi Neal,
I would just like to thank all at clockwork racing engines for your products, advise and after sales support. I purchased a clocked bonito with Ofna 086 pipe combo after advising you of my requirements and chassis being used and you suggested this combo would best suit my needs. It really helped being able to discuss my needs before purchasing as it took away any concerns I had about selecting the right engine and pipe. The engine is a year old now with 12 liters through it and has been amazing with a distinctive snappy angry growl that everybody hears coming with perfect usable power and speed that really stands out when in a group .I am really glad I got the break in service done by you as when the engine arrived it started first pop and held a constant idle and required no tuning for ages , truth be told I have still only moved the needles a fraction from where they were !
It has proven to have long runtimes , require little tuning , gobs of power and speed and always holds a perfect idle and tune and these are the main reasons I like your clocked products but the way you stand by your products with after sales support , advise , and being very easy to contact if help is required ( I emailed from the track for help in australia and got quick correct answers )has me very happy to recommend clockwork racing engines to any prospective buyers . Your efforts and time are really appreciated by many thankyou !

Well, after a 3 month break, I raced at our local championship race this weekend. Equiped with my CRE P5 in my MP9 and my CRE Bonito in my STRR EVO.
after 3 rounds of quals, ended up in the #2 spot on the grid in buggy and ended TQ for truggy. Was happy being I didnt run in months.
Today we had the mains and it was totally a different day...
Amain buggy...finished 2nd overall but only to my buddy Buggymaster who runs a CRE P5 too. Dang, he was on fire today.....still happy with my 2nd place though.
A main truggy,
broke away with the lead and stayed there for about 3/4 of the race.
Well, my 3 month long break paid the price as my buddy Zen was coming up fast as I made some mistakes. Came in to pit and crashed at the pit lane then had a flamer.....SIGH
pit man got me back up and running and battled my way back up to 3rd where I finished.
Had some bad luck with my E buggy too and finished 4th overall.
Overall, really disapointed with my truggy and e buggy finish but did fairly well considering.....
Anyway, thanks Neal and John for some awesome engines....man those engines are animals!
Was LOCKED, CLOCKED and my mills ROCKED!
Big Jay, sorry about your bad weekend buddy. Your buggy was on fire but as bad luck always strikes, didnt turn out the way you planned.
Buggymaster....YOU DA MAN!
Zen......You stole my THUNDA!!! LOL You was awesome bro!

We had our annual champs race as Nesh pointed out more then a few CRE mills running all performed awesome no one had issues as far as tuning.
I was running a CRE P5 with a 2058 and M2C clutch. I was sprung with .95's and 1.0's and it was spot on. Awesome power was catching people on the straight thats were these motor out perform.
I was 3rd below Nesh on the line up after three rounds of qualifing on Saturday it was very competitive. On Sunday my tune was spot on no adjusting needed from Sat added a new plug and filter.
Amain started on Sunday on the 1st turn I was back sided by the time I got back into the race the field was bye bye

Long story short, I ended 4th after fighting back up the line up it was a blast. Two days of racing with awesome people but bad luck was on my side thats how it rolls theirs always next year but the the most important element is FUN which I had.
Nesh was on FIRE as Buggy Master: TWO CRE driver took 1st and 2nd in AMAIN buggy: two in AMAIN Truggy 1st and 3rd. CRE Mills were spot on Thanks Neil and Jon for your support.

I am so happy to hear your liking the engines.... Thats the key to them, is that once the needles are set, you should rarely have to touch them.....And if you do, it should only be a tiny sliver of a movement...Once you get used to tuning a responsive engine they are actually quite easy to tune and keep tuned.....
Well that sucks to hear you got tangled up ...sounds like you still made a really strong run back into the race tho.Luck works ways, sometimes its in your favor, sometimes it is not.... The key to it all is to be there when the luck is on your side...
And wow...sounds like we did very well at podiums !!!! you make us proud !

Neal,
Thanks for Building me a Clocked Bonito for my Dirt oval late model car, as it is WICKED fast and super smooth. It ran better laps and lap times than my Clocked .28 on Foam Tires. Not only did I run it for Oval, but I also put it in my Truggy and it was still WICKED fast but very smooth to drive along with allowing me to pit at 10 minutes. Thanks again for a GREAT product along with KILLER Customer Service, as I can't wait for next Season to start.
Thanks,
Brent Bones

Ran my Mugen MBX6TR last night at a clubrace with a field full of buggys. My clocked ninja was flying last night, screaming down the long 200' straight nothing could touch it, even on the infield come in tight and hit the throttle, no problem all night. Got about 9mins running all out wide open. I started 3rd and finished 1st Buggy's had nothing last night Bullit motors, Os Vspecs, and a couple novas.
Great Job Neal on that motor, for a 3port surprised the heck outta me. People thought it was running at 300 degs and after a 20min main temped in at 230.
Awesome Job Clockwork

I am guessing all the track testing we put into developing these engines is starting to pay off !!!

I have multiple computers that I always stay close to, so I am usually very fast to reply to people's questions...... Very seldom will someone be unable to get a hold of me if I am needed.....

what is the total shim count ? it is normal for the Clocked engines to have different shim counts then stock...However you never know if someone added or removed a shim to your engine...the ideal shim clearance is not set in stone and can vary due to several factors like fuel , altitude and climate.....Head shimming is somewhat of a tuning tool .....

awesome better hold on to your black and red boxes
