Thank you my friend !!! Its amazing how this has turned out... I am truly blessed to have this sort of demand for my work....I had never actually intended this to be what is has become , but i guess sometimes the flow and direction of one's life is so strong you just have no other choice but to go with it........

I was using an ofna 086 and just couldn't ever get the bottom tuned right. Sent it back to Neal to check out and it operated perfectly normal in his truggy with an 086. Then i put my 086 on my OS 25 instead of my 9886 and it had the exact same problem. I was the lucky one that got a bad pipe, lol.

Well Tony this was my 1st problem ever with futaba gear in many yrs. I believe a wire may have gotten pinched when i changed to the gen 3 radio tray(anti christ), lol.

Yes your Ninja does Rock!!
This weekend was the MNRC Series final. I came into the weekend with my Clocked B02 with 1/2 Gallon on it, all friday practice the motor ran perfectly. Saturday was qualifying, three 5 minute rounds. Every round my motor came in right in the 230*f range and always had a half tank of fuel with 6+ minutes of run time. Having silly mistakes in each qually left me as BQ for the 30 minute B Main. So while going threw the car late saturday night we decided to run 10 minute pit strategies.
Sunday Main day, Motor tune was still spot on. I proceeded with my 10 minute strategy only stopping twice in the 30 minute final and it paid off. I won the B main by 4.5 laps bumping me into the A.
For the A Main warm up I broke a servo saver, so i had to swap on my 1/8 E Buggy front end missing the start and getting back on the track 4 minutes into the Final. I didn't come in for fuel until the 15 minute race mark, 26 minute mark. Thats a 11 minute first stop. I was able to climb back to 10th.
It was so nice to know I could easily pull 10 minute stops. As a matter of fact the only other guy pulling 10's this weekend was Alphas Jeremy Whiting. Super happy with this motor Neal. Absolutely in love.

Not sure what I want..will need to ring you tomorrow...thinking Ninja or another Italian 5 port...Maybe a special .23 hybrid? Definitely need to pick up a new 9886ss...my regular one looks like I took a baseball bat to its underside

Edit: Just saw the specs on the Nova Flash .21 Rally...hmmmmm

Lust was also on 10's Baumel might have been as well.......Either way Awesome racing Dan, Look forward to next year.
as Much as i would have loved to run 10's,.......Without a competent pitman to know when your pushing a little too far i decided to stay on 8's.... keep out of the pits for that mad rush at 7.5

your lucky dano to have tim and the boys take care of you for pitting. That's one thing I hate about traveling alone.

Whiting was doing 7 1/2 minutes stops in buggy main, truggy he did 10's.
I am pretty sure Josh could have done 10 in truggy with the Bonito, but we didn't do a fuel run on it to know for sure. The bonito ran flawless all weekend, 240 degrees and flying, good for TQ and win.
In buggy, he ran the P5, it was a little off and found a rough main bearing after qualifying, replaced both bearing and Josh said before the main, even though he was starting 7th, he said he would be up front in 2 laps and he was, never looked back after that and lapped the field.
I don't think I had ever seen him so confident in his vehicles ever, just plain set up right, maybe it was all the pain medication for the foot he hurt marshalling on saturday..
Always fun seeing Nick when he ventures south of the border to race with us..
Danny, you are getting faster, just may need to switch chassis brands to one that fits your driving better and has more local support.

Wow !! awesome run for Josh !!!!! I am going to have to have him try out one of my BTT in Buggy next...... I have really uncorked the Genie with that engine and I think Josh would really like it....

wow.... you sure have come a long ways since then... especially if you didn't even know how to fuel a car....Now your pretty self sufficient with your nitro buggy and even won a race or two.......that's pretty impressive
