Default Ae BB Shocks

Ran my BB's for the first time tonight , beat my personal best with um by quite a bit .

Landings are way better , traction too...

Car rides like on a cloud ....

Recommend using the instructions as a guide for set-up & installation .

Suggestions for set-up...

Ft

Ae green spring , 30w , 3 x .030 limiter , 1.6 piston

Rear

Ae white spring , 27.5 w, 2x.030 limiter, 1.6 piston

Will repeat , The new Ae BB springs R dialed...

Installation tips

I used the .090 spacers included on the shock tower screws , no time to grind the towers before the race...

Will be grinding the towers later , using a .030 spacer on the tower screws.

Will save grinding less material from the towers...

O-Man !
The Ae Rc10 B4.1 8mm ?

Now easier to drive & faster for everyone ....:nod

Awesome work Ae !!!

Congrats on breaking your personal best. Tried telling people a while ago what BB shocks did for the car but since I'm not a "FACTORY DRIVER" people challenged my findings. Unless they here if from Cav it didnt happen All of my runs were with Losi springs, Kyosho, and Avids. I personally liked the Avids. Seems like the AE springs are up to par with the rest of them.

What kind of handeling changes can I expect if I put on the rear aluminum brace made by ST Racing?

Hey man how are ya, I run at the same track as wild cherry and our track is very high bite indoor clay. Lately we have bn stiffen up our suspension. For all that grip we have and some are traction rolling with unsauced slicks so we are addind a tad of tread or tweaking sutup a tad torotate a lil better. Come run with us its fun here bro

For those that have the AE BB and previously owned Kyosho BB, how do they compare?

No oil! Salad Dressing is where it's at. Ranch and blue cheese are my favorites and in really hot weather...balsamic

Ok quick question: what were you running previously? V2 and regular springs or V2 with the BB Springs? Or other?

Thanks
