Ok heading to the track tomorrow after about a two week break. Last time at the track I was having issue's with the rear end being very loose, after landing jumps and trying to get on the throttle I was always sliding out (the rear)...... What are some things I can do to eliminate this, besides the obvious throttle control, tires etc?

This for OCRC or WC? I've found you can get away with Avid red rear at WC, but not so much at OC. Guys are running about 30 front / 27 rear at OC with soft springs.

Push the bottom spring cup in further, you'll even want to pry the cup a bit to seat better. That should give you more space.

Edit:
Read top first, 22t spring ftw

Just finished a rebuild with almost everything brand new, and figured I had to share this jewelry. I almost don't want to run it, lol.

Also got to put on the new 12mm shocks...DIALED!
