suck what happened to that ackerman no meat around the screw hole.

also anyone know the stock springs tension number i know they are yellow but according to amain hobbies they are not listed by color just tension.

thanks for any help
All of the springs for the Traktion Drive are still included in the kit. The Elektri-Clutch springs are the ones that have been omitted.
Which spring you choose to run will depend greatly on your driving preferences and track type/conditions. Please refer to page 4 of this instruction sheet for recommendations on the Traktion Drive.

Is it safe to run the traktion drive along with the delrin spur? I installed mines but didnt get to run it yet. I usually run it in my mp9 v4 with steel spur so not used to having to run a delrin gear on it.

Use a steel spur. We should have them shortly.

+1. We've seen a couple of these and they both had the servo saver cranked down. We might change the setting in the manual to be a little lighter. We also might change the spring spec.

The servo saver setting is already pretty weak. When I get it cranked down to the manual specification, there isn't much vertical travel left for it to work with. Almost seems like it needs a longer, stiffer spring. Looks like the steering rack needs a little bit of meat around the screw head.

+1. I was thinking exactly the same thing. To get mine to feel stiff enough there isn't much travel left in the servi saver. Also a little bump out of metal around that screw head would certainly address that potential weak point.

King Headz... M2C... You guys listening. Lol.

I guess I don't fully understand the difference between traction drive and electri clutch. Is it just the difference between how the springs are installed? One pushes, the other pulls, like a traditional clutch bell? I bought my traction drive kit months ago, how recently were the springs omitted?

Also rest assured that if there is a major problem, we'll be on top of it. We really like that you are driving the buggy too.

I got tangled up with with someone a couple weeks ago and bent the ackerman bar on my EB48 right at the same spot. I was able to bend it back and haven't had any more trouble with it. I do think it would be a good idea to beef up the area around the screw on the next batch.

Sounds like a plan, we're working with our manufacturing on it now. We'll see if we can squeeze it in for the next batch.

Hi Jason,

Please let us know the track location/name. Also, go ahead and fix the sway bar size and send the setup sheet to me. We'll put it up on the site. Thanks.
