Which spring you choose to run will depend greatly on your driving preferences and track type/conditions. Please refer to page 4 of this instruction sheet for recommendations on the Traktion Drive.

Is it safe to run the traktion drive along with the delrin spur? I installed mines but didnt get to run it yet. I usually run it in my mp9 v4 with steel spur so not used to having to run a delrin gear on it.

+1. We've seen a couple of these and they both had the servo saver cranked down. We might change the setting in the manual to be a little lighter. We also might change the spring spec.

The servo saver setting is already pretty weak. When I get it cranked down to the manual specification, there isn't much vertical travel left for it to work with. Almost seems like it needs a longer, stiffer spring. Looks like the steering rack needs a little bit of meat around the screw head.

I guess I don't fully understand the difference between traction drive and electri clutch. Is it just the difference between how the springs are installed? One pushes, the other pulls, like a traditional clutch bell? I bought my traction drive kit months ago, how recently were the springs omitted?

Also rest assured that if there is a major problem, we'll be on top of it. We really like that you are driving the buggy too.

I got tangled up with with someone a couple weeks ago and bent the ackerman bar on my EB48 right at the same spot. I was able to bend it back and haven't had any more trouble with it. I do think it would be a good idea to beef up the area around the screw on the next batch.
