I did. I guess the real pull back to these facilities would be the competition.
Yeah the competition. It has to be a rude awakening to travel to socal for a race, see how far off pace you are, and realize you are just the big fish in the tiny pond back home.

Which track are you talking about exactly? Sounds like the only thing you left out were all the girls in mini skirts, everyone is tan, and drives a Porsche. Oh, and lets not forget all the celebs and rock stars that hang out.

I have visited several tracks in CA, From San Diego to Saugus, and i dont remember any of that stuff being any better than anywhere else.

And the competition.
I live in socal and have been to several of the local tracks, and yes there are alot of really good/top drivers that race at these facilities, but that doesn't mean someone from a tiny pond back home can't come here and compete or even do better then the locals...........

We got a bunch of big fish in our pond here.
Howabout when you travel to the little pond and realize there are a few monsters lurking in the deep end.

Typical SoCal attitude

Not from SoCal, however there are about 5 locals (at the track I raced at prior to moving) that can win when they're on. One of them travels to all of the big races. This year he made the A at the Hot Rod Shootout in 4wd, and got 3rd in the 4wd Open A main at Reedy. How many of your locals did that?

I have the negative wire on the turnbuckle positive in the simple green (no dolited). I have it for I have 81Volts to get the shiny gold. I even checked it with the volt meter to make sure its 81 volts and it is. I wrap it on the tip of the turnbuckle put it in right before the wire touches leave until bubbles stop or 35 seconds. And then pull out, but nothing happens?

What am I doing wrong?
I have the video on you tube doing this. I just used 7 nine volt batteries.
