Question guys, I have the kit slipper assembly and have never changed any of it other than pads and I've had the car for like 8 months. My diff is tight and my pads aren't glazed up and I cnt seem to set the slipper where I lifts the tires and slipp also? It seems to kinda grunt when it lifts the front end of the car, what could b the prob guys?

No way slop or excess play is a good thing ..

Can insure a tight well maintained ride is easier to drive and more consistent lap after lap ...

some of the things team drivers R doing for a nice tight fit

*Install grub screws on rear hub
*1mm shims instead of .030in shims for rear arm hub
*rpm ball cups
*Tiz ball studs
*glue HAT bushing to steering rack
*AVID steering
* Ft & Rear wheel HEX

I don't really see how the hex kit or ti ballstudes is going to make anything tighter,my wc car is stock except for the c hubs and bb springs and hexs, plenty of slop and took 1st in a stacked stock buggy class, the thing is 99% wouldnt be able to feel a difference to half of all these "must do things".just get the buggy and drive it!

Almost sounds like the diff is slipping and the slipper is too tight for the diff setting you have. If you do the flick test how much does your tire turn?? Should only turn one revolution.

not anything different than normal, it will just limit steering travel.

Same for me except my car is brand new.

I think it may be a power problem though cause im using a weak motor.

I floor it and it kinda makes a RRRNNT and th front end just flies up.

I probably did a crappy job building my first ball diff.

Actually though on the first run I was able to set it for 2-3 inches of lift (at least I think!) but not anymore.

I just picked up some rpm ball cups and they seem to be nice and snug. I had tried the JC ball cups and they aren't so good...the plastic is soft and thin around the turnbuckle.

Wild Cherry-Cool video! U should come down to SoCal and race with the fast guys!

I have used the Team Magic 1mm spacers in the past and they are a true 1mm. The only difference is that the AE are anodized blue.
