Motor, maybe ESC option? I have tried a 7 turn D3 and RS pro, I have tuned it down to dual drive 20% timing, Still over heats.

Whats the normal amount of slop in the CVAs?
I can move the hex 1/8 of a rotation before it starts to move the diff. Is this okay or does stuff need replacing?

You're a gem.

The pins actually shrink, and the holes oval out. I was amazed how much slop I had when I tore my truck apart the last time. It's really on you when you rebuild, but take a look at the CVA's holes and judge for yourself if they can do the job for a while longer.

Well wc you might remember how I drive... Not exactly a-main material. If that was the case, maybe the bellcrank would have lasted longer. Haha

Not sure bout that , my truck never gets any mercy on the track racing or practicing ..

Been taking big hits from my team mates & head on's from burly 1/8th scales as a matter of course ....

Just remember , grease will only attract the dirt and grit.

So clean up that saver and adjust as in instructions ...

Something has to give when big hits occur so more

betta to just bust a $7 part then something even more expensive , like a servo , ect ....

It says to grease it in the instructions.........
I've broken 4 but all have been from crashes onto one front wheel.

Jeez that's what I thought too. I have cased that trippel straight on like 20 times tho... Haha. It was just a matter if time. And yea I hesitate to go aluminum because it won't break but the part next to it will...

The ballcups would just pop off most likely.

I've never broken the servo saver here so I agree with WC.

Say what you want about Mr Cherry but dude does know what he's talking about and can drive as good as the pros and I must say is impressive.

I too have broken a number of steering bellcrank arms and I know others have. Granted, if I didn't kiss the wall on occasion I probably wouldn't have broken so many bellcrank arms. I recently went to the STRC aluminum steering rack and I am happy with it so far. If my opinion of the product changes after more wheel time I'll post back. So far I have put 148 laps down at TRCR with it and am very happy with it.

That is why WC is not breaking steering bellcrank arms. Not all of us drive as well as he does, hence breaking steering bellcranks.

Hi GUys..

I am currently using a SC 4x4 with a novak Havoc pro SC and Tekin 5.5t. I am thinking of getting a Tekin 4600 4 pole motor.... I was wondering if any of you know if the speed controller can handle the 4600 motor? Or if anybody know what is the turns equivalent of the 4600?
