There is a screw hole there that looks like it is counter sunk and ready to go. I have seen a few people mount it there, but was never sure who made the mount. I could also use this one, I would just need to mark and drill 3 holes.

Looking for a few ideas here.
Perhaps just one hole

What do you mean? I have seen home made videos. If you mean national events, then I dunno, a lot of races are done indoors these days because weather wont effect you. Nothing like planning an event for months and getting rained out.

so why would you add 4oz of weight up front in a truck that is already turns like mad.

The more weight up front the less it turns. It's counter intuitive, but think about inertia: if the back half of the truck is heavier it will generate more friction at that end, but it's not linear enough to counter the extra force needed to redirect that mass in a corner.

so the weight causes the front to be more slugish, because it has to move more weight?.... kinda like me at the track turn marshaling?

I know exactly how you feel..........Iono I'm going to weigh my sc10 today and try to counter balance it especially the cross weight, I really didn't like how it performed at my local track with its new layout (it was almost dialed for the old layout).......

Yup. In general more weight (bias) is more forward bite and less side bite.
