Would Double Dee's Green be the best on an outdoor clay track where it goes from wet to dry all at once depending on the wind and sun? How about once the sun goes down and the moisture comes up?

Green flip outs and m3 holeshots also would be good to keep on hand

I just mounted some m3 hotshots, but in the past that tire wont last long, lol. IMO M3 = wear out fast. I heard the green compound JC lasted longer with better bite. Not true?

I was just pissed at the moment when i seen that unserious answer thats why i responded that way and i did try that but it was a no go. One other question i look at everyone elses shock collars and mine seem to be a decent amount farther down than most does that realy matter

Shock collars will adjust your ride height which is very important to have the right height

Due to differences in the weight of the electronics installed in our cars, and the different amounts of lead weight, no two preload settings will be the same. I use three different batteries in my B4.1 and I need to reset the ride height for each one.

Is your o-ring installed? If not, the collar will spin, altering your ride height.
Try seating it in one side of the collar and working it from both sides with your 1/16 allen driver. Don't try to use your finger as this will never work. When you figure out this trick, it becomes very easy to install these o-rings.

If your preload seems way off from other vehicles you see, pull the shocks off and make sure there is no binding in the arms. Lift the arm, it should fall with no resistance. If not, find out what is causing the bind and reshim accordingly.

The worlds is slightly longer shaft in the front. .8 vs .71. What pistons and springs are you using

I find the double dees have more side bite but less forward bite then the Hole shots so I keep both. Now the new Jcon 3'ds are just awesome on clay. They are kind of like the best of both. Plus if it gets wet they dont tend to pack in nearly as much and that = TRACTION

are you sure you didnt accidentally swap the orings from the one that's supposed to go on the top of the shock? the smaller orings go to the collars, and the larger ones go to the top.

I have never seen someone ask this question, but since you asked...

I start by pinching the ring and feeding a corner of it into the slot inside the collar. You will then have one section of the ring in the slot and the other side sticking out. I put my finger over the other side to prevent it from coming out the other end. Does not seem like it will fit, but I just keep stuffing in one section at a time moving around the collar and it eventually seats itself inside the collar.

Once the ring is inside the collar I take a little dab of grease and rub it around the ring inside the collar. If you don't, it will be difficult to thread onto the shock because the rubber will grab the collar.
