It's the screw that is used for the Chassis brace adapter mounted to the rear shock tower. Not the brace itself, the little piece.

The Garos did not wear the plates from what I saw, I changed to the C-Diff 6 months after I got the truck. 5 months of that were with the Garos.
You got a C-Diff on it's way anyway, you won't get many hours on the slipper once you try the C-Diff so you may never have to worry about replacing the Garos or the plates
