RC10B4.1 FT/WC
Rory I'm running that same set up,since I run at Westcoast, but I've been running at sdrc lately and it's really fun,I use losi oil and I've been running 30/27.5 but I just went up 2.5 in all the shocks to try that,I'm keeping the reds up front but wanna try white since I run the shorty(huge difference in handling)I also run 1/2 oz in front of the servo.
For the shorty lipo slide it back as far as you can and add weight up front, you will gain alot of rear traction without sacrificing to much steering at all.I did this last time and the car was stuck to the track.1.5 pads in the reAr

I run stock class,I haven't had this car at Westcoast yet, mainly down at sdrc lately since I live in elisnore.works been up and down so I'm lucky if I go every2-3 weeks.try the shorty you will be amazed in the difference your car feels, faster, more responsive, jumps and lands like butter.promactch shorty lipo is 55 bucks and it's awesome
Silver / White is a bad combo IMO. Car isn't balanced. If you want your car to feel reactive like it does with std, run the silver with Pink or Yellow if bite is low. Orange/Yellow is your safe setup. If you are gonna run white rears, match them with red front. Personally I didn't like Red or White in any combination.

that being said i got silver with losi 55/ae 32.5wt // pink with losi 56/ae27.5wt right now, and wont know how it works till this weekend

there isnt really a "set" starting point, seems like some like 1 pad up front, others like 2 pads in the rear.
in the +8 buggy it takes about 6 standard foams total, if i remeber from when i did have a shorty

I run stock and have been running Chad's set-up, but went to orange/yellow spring. I feel like the red/white made the car real twitchy and roll a lot on the front. I can drive the car a lot harder now, but for mod I could see running it as you want more steering and grip.
