Actually I will be running my tekin rs pro with my stock rtr3300kv motor so I will join mod class so I don't have limitations on timing I will eventually get a 10.5 reedy sonic when I get money? With a sensorless motor can I run timing and boost an stuff even

In blinky you always run a taller pinion,if you were running boosted you should have been in the 26-28 range in pinions

It's a smaller track usually the top times with it being fasted paced are at 14-15 sec for mod buggies at coyote hobbies
Is dual mode where it's sensored and sensor less and so wait can I run boost and timing in my rtr 3300kv reedy motor

its a sensorless motor so you will be in dual mode, you need a sensored motor to be in the timing(boosted)

Oh ok so I've looked at it more so I have to run in dual mode which is sensored and sersorless because my motor is sensorless and I can't add boost nor turbo because I'm not in sornsored only mode but can still adjust timing and the rpm start and end point for timing. Correct me if I am wrong

Any one who uses the night fox ftw body

does the xl fit on the 8mm chassis? I am making an order at avid and the 8mm version is out of stock and would rather just make one order.

I don't mind extra cutting but will it work out?

The regular Night Fox fits perfect. The XL leaves a gap on the backside of the chassis. Although you would have to wait and order twice, you will be happier with the Non-XL Night Fox.

For this case, I liked the inside arm setup with 32.5wt. If you get too thick in front, it can throw off the balance in jump landings, so watch out.

I've found that with the AVID springs, you can run thicker oil that you couldn't run before with the kit springs, and the car still can manage the small bumps, but then it really helps the jumping/landing. AVIDs handle different than the Losi due do being thicker wire and more coils. In the rear I've tried GHEA #3 with 27.5, AE #2 with 32.5, and my current setup and all are very close in handling.
CVDs are noted in your setup. What's the case for them vs. CVA's?

Default Black vs White shock bushings

A few pages back, somebody mentioned the white spacer being the solution to getting V2 shocks to not leak. Since I've never ran any (I still use V1 shocks, if you can believe that) I measured my V2 shock bushings on my new B4.1, vs the white ones from the V1 shocks.

The V2 bushings (black) are .140", the V1 bushings (white) are .125".

You can either hunt down the white bushings or sand down the black ones on a piece of sandpaper to length.

Hopefully this will end that whole mess of leaking V2 shocks. File down those bushings, people!

The Key with Acetone is it's the fumes that do the work so just put a set if tires in a sealed container and put the acetone in a dish just so it will evaporate but the liquid not touch the tires

works well for me

I leave it overnight and then just peel the rubber off the rims

So how do I get the rear inner hub bearing to quit coming apart? I am using Avid bearings so I know that isn't the problem. When I put the crush tubes in the bearings, and axles, "float" quite a bit in the hubs. Is this OK?
