Revolution is the one to get. you wont be able to get the revolutions in the steering rack and diff bearings but everywhere else. Put the rubber seal to the dirt side. Pick up the aluminum sterring rack and new hexes while your at it.

So the regular revolutions? No need for the ceramic?

Ceramics are a waste in offroad. The benefits are not there. The money you would spend on ceramics you could order 4 additional AVID bearing kits and have spares on hand.

Thank you to all that have helped and lets get this one finished. This will be used as a loaner for any kid that wants to run the track.

Still needed:
Front C-hubs- zipperfoot
Outer hinge pins - zipperfoot
ALL screws/spacers
Ball studs - 07Forester
Tie rods - 07Forester
Shocks - we have springs - 07Forester
Rear A-arms - zipperfoot
Rear hubs - zipperfoot
Front Bearings - zipperfoot
Rear Bearings
Wing - zipperfoot
Any RTR ESC/Motor - Stavman
Rx/Tx - zipperfoot
Tires/wheels - Jaz240
Arizona Peeps, One Hobbies and Team Terribles has offered to put a donation box in there store so items can be dropped there, but please post here also so I can keep track of what all I need to get to finish.

Also looking for more of parts, like if anyone that has the stock B4.1 chassis say from upgrading to a +8 we can start another build. Also looking for SC10 and Blitz parts for more builds, but lets get this one done for the Grand Opening - May 12/13.

If someone has multiple parts I can help with shipping by sending PP to help cover cost.

More info. about the program can be found here.

hey guys, so i know there was some debate about trailing vs inline axles +8 chassis, and i didnt have enough time to try any of the suggestions anyone made for my lack of on power steering except for trying to go back to trailing axles, the steering became FAR WORSE. I literally couldnt go more than half throttle because the cars front ends handled like it was on ice. I had to go back to the inline axles. So, i just thought id give you all a headsup about that

For me the trailing axles were a lot better overall..you just have to tune your car for either one...you can never expect to make a big switch and have it be 100% right off the bat

I just changed my B4 (not B4.1) setup from training to inline axle as I was experiencing way too much push when exiting corners unless i slowed right down, which really effects lap times. The inline axle setup is much better in and out of corners, however i am finding it quite unstable on the straights.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can change to get more control/stability on the straight with the inline axle setup?

Also, on a different issue. I seem to keep stripping the inner small ballbearings (3977) in my rear 0.5 aluminium hub carriers. They are wearing out on the inner side. I clean and lube then (as with all my bearings) very often. Has anyone had this same issue? Any suggestions how I can stop these bearings from wearing out so quickly?

I had the same problem on a hyper 10sc w/ STRC hubs. the problem was the inside had gotten scuffed up & wouldnt allow the bearing to seat completely flat. so, check you hubs for ANY deformation on the inside & make sure you seat the bearings completely & flat when reinstalling them.

I didn't like how the inlines felt for this very reason. You could try running zero toe in the front if you aren't already.
