I'm new to 2wd buggy and don't want to spend a load of cash and have it be old news in a month you know..

Anyone have pics of a mmp in their b4/b4.1?

How would a tekin 8.5 and mmp run one of these

FT kit or worlds kit? I don't doubt it's potential. The fastest cars at my local track are 4x4 sc and the b4.1 guys
The worlds kit is the upgrade ..... that being said if you are buying new you are limited to the worlds, if your buying used get whats in your budget the only difference is the chassis length, battery strap, and body.

I think ae will upgrade to a new car when this one stops winning.

+1 if it aint broke dont fix it. It looks like they just keep fine tunning it, I prefer that over a full redesign

yup, their made that way but once you put them in the tire and massage it in there and put the wheel on, it will feel pretty soft. the foam will break down and will feel alot softer compared to closed cell inserts. i normally round the edges before i put them in the tire.

Same conditions as above except with a 10.5 brushless, what would be a good starting point for spur/pinion combo?

I hope not... i would love to see a replacement for the B4 and T4 that defines both classes AGAIN. Im a patient man.

I just hope they dont discontinue the RC8T... im really loving that chassis LiPo/brushless...

lol I run that gear with a boosted x12 17.5. Wheelie monster!

I might drop an 8.5 in there out of curiosity... but i def dont need anything more than a boosted 13.5...

Quick question I have a RS and a RS Pro I got them used, one has a single capacitor the other has a block (looks like 3 of them) I want to clean up the ESC's with new wire and new capacitors does it hurt or help to run more then one? I am running in the stock 17.5 class.

One capacitor on the Tekin will be just fine.

26/75 is a good starting ratio for the 10.5's

Is there a benifit to running more? I see some places call it a boost pack or something along those lines.

Maybe if you were going to run like a 5.5-4.5 motor...
