I have a cheapo hitec 645 that I can throw in there (for now) , I run a savox 1257 in my sc10 and like the speed of it, not sure if I need something faster or not.

I'll know this weekend.

Thanks guys

the heatsink has more surface area then the orion so it SHOULD be heavier ... more heatsink = cooler = longer life tho

both the ds1313 and the ds1015 are nice servos.

1015s are just faster with slightly more torque too.

How do you dial it back? I have a M11X and really don't know how to use it yet.

It will be cheaper than buying all the stuff you need to upgrade your RTR. If you don't have the +8 chassis, then consider getting it. Figure it will cost you roughly 45 for the conversion and then 20ish for a body. AGAIN... I would put that money towards the new worlds kit first though.

Hope this helps.
What's the problem in upgrading this car to most/all the worlds car has?

Default battery

Will be trying out shorty and full packs. I really feel like i was faster with the full back and made my rear springs stiffer to make the rear float more. With the shorty and the track being so slick as of last week i wasn't as consistent as usual. Plus I have 10 pairs of tires to try

to much but i love doing all this tweaking. A lot of fun for me=]

BTW. Cherry. I have not ran the golds but...blue v1 concepts all around with proline foams are so good. Little motor spray before each run and my car has never ever felt so consistent with these on. The wear is also incredible, 4 race days old and the pins have finally came down a little bit. Will run golds, v2 green/blue, v1 green very soon!

i started at 2 1/2 pads behind ("centering" it vs long pack adding 2 in front and 2 behind) but ended up changing to 1 1/2 pads behind the pack and it seemed good, just need more practice.

Ive been using a XP1015 in my SC10, a Savox 1256TG in my buggy and a JRZ9100S in my SCTE.

I have been a HUGE fan of the 1015, however, after i purchased a roller with a JRZ9100S, i have to say, its a really good servo. Faster (Its very very fast) than the 1015 with slightly less torque.

Not a fan of the savox to be honest, have to run a cap with it. Might switch it out for the 1015 in my buggy, keep the 9100 in my SCTE.
