SC10 4x4 Thread

I love Boondocks...(I am only laughing at the quote, not the name-calling, let's not go any further please!)
===================
My System seems like it's running GREAT after the Speedo gets past the Sensor part of it's RPM Climb. I'm going to revert the firmware, then solder this other motor. Then, Cry.
So I finally got a chance to run my truck last night with the new center diff and
I am still on the fence on whether I like it or not. I think it only because I am not used to the way my truck drives now.
Keep in mind I run on a well groomed medium/high traction clay indoor track.
The truck with the ball diff can really put down the power evenly and gives me consistent power throughout the 5min/6min races. I also shaved almost .5 sec off my fast lap. The track is a 19-23 sec avg lap pace. The problem I am experiencing is the understeer.
My current setup is identical to Ryan Cav's setup on the AE website except Im running the Ball diff instead of the multi-plate slipper, Blue springs in the rear.
I am also using 7000wt diff up front and 5000wt in rear.
Im thinking of going back to blue springs up front.
Advice??
BTW last night I was the only Associated out of 16 4x4 SCs and the rest were Losi and Durango. They are really starting to dominate and very few SC10 4x4s left. Im starting to see novice drivers run pretty good times with their Losi 4x4s =/

Dammit. It does it with the Other motor too.
But works fine with my 1410/1415. So the Sensor deal on my MMP must be bad? That really blows.
~Tried older firmware
~Tried two sensor wires
~Tried Sensor only
~The MMP won't even jingle it's little arming tune, but the lights arm.

Edit: Now the MMP isn't working with my 1410 or 1415. Dead ESC. How the hell did I do that by soldering three wires and plugging the battery back in. I do this kind of work for a paycheck..! FML. Well Hopefully I can get a MMP from castle within the next SIX MONTHS. (backordered almost all the time)

Yeah. I 'just' sent one in though, so this bugs me. /sigh guess I'll be holding off on my 2wd for longer than it already has been waiting.

I'm now tinkering with it trying to see what's up. But I'm having no luck. Eliminated lipos, the BEC, the servo... Just as standard RC tech procedure. No go. So the Speedo glitched out somehow under simple soldering. (there's not even anything with polarity to cross... UGH)

Couple of weeks out now for my 4x4. I cant wait. Couple people at my track are trying to talk me out of the sc10 to go with the losi. That just makes my heart hurt thinking about buying a losi( sorta like kicking a puppy and a kitten). One of my local fast guys runs the sc10 and he was in the upper bmain at the spektrum race. So I have a good source of tuning info and secrets
. And so far I have not pissed him off with stupid questions and interruptions(great guy).
On the list for option parts are center diff, chassis brace, sway bars, and ?? I know Im forgetting something. lol gonna run stick packs to start. Thanks to everyone for all the info you share here. I have read 80%ish of the info here. I feel with all this info I should get it dialed quick.
