anyone?
I think RSDs would work perfectly if they had an exotek option where the bottom braces are not aluminum weights but a thin CF version.
The AL version is great for the stock chassis

Me thought those were options with modifications required but that was on the stock chassis, not the exotek.

Not trying to Plug my brace, but it doesn't validate it's own thread. There is a link in my Signature to the post now so this should make it easier for me and I can just focus on getting them out instead of tracking down information for you.

The Brace will be shipped that closest Monday unless I PM you otherwise. (only thing would be backordered parts)
- If you want it shipped somewhere else, the shipping is pretty gnarly. But I will do whatever you want.

Disclamer: This is not designed as a Basher's chassis Brace. It is designed for lightweight bracing on the top of a truck. Ounces matter to you guys, so I did it. Bashers: take that as you will.
WooHoo! Can wait to slap that puppy onto truck #2! Truck one is now the spare/Basher. Great work my friend. Let me know if and when the diff/outdrive mod comes to fruition. I'm IN for one if it works out!!

I have 3mm front and rear.

Something else you could try is tuning down the Dual-Rate on your radio. The main track that I run at, I can run my truck at 70% dual rate and it makes the truck much more controllable, plus I still have plenty of steering to get around the one hairpin that needs a small turning radius.

I think a lot of people forget that there are settings on their radio that can help a bunch!

There you go... and that's my point... it had been shown how to do the modification. Now up to you to do it to yours!

Saddle topic is brought up every couple days and been beaten to death on this thread. A SC10 4x4 Saddle thread was made and it has 25 pages of information already. >>>> http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric...s-reviews.html

Check out 5:15 into the video. I guess the original design called for a "telescoping belt cover" that would flex with the chassis. I guess they decided that wasn't the way to go but never really fixed the problem.

Well if the holes don't line up and you don't want to drill new holes, nor buy the kit that already solves the problem, I don't know what you expect from us.

I guess you could cutout some type of adapter out of CF sheet and glue it together. or just skip the mounting screws all together and epoxy the thing in place.

must be the language barrier at the Canadian border.
He was asking if the B44.1 tray will go onto the exotek without mods.
Simple yes or no question.

Thanks for that post, reminded me that I turned my expo down from 30 to 15 when I was screwing around with settings the other day, probably added to some of the extra off power steering I wasn't expecting.

Same question, how much gear, how much timing?

93/16
profile 4 on esc
back off motor timing 5-7 degress from stock "novak zero"

I also have the new 'open endbells' from novak, they really help cool the motor plate and slipper area as the motor is more open to air on the mount

Default Velenion system

Anyone try running the VXL system from a rustler (think slash uses the same one) in this truck?

I know it's far from ideal, but so is sitting on the bench on race day, so I would like to have the spur/pinion combo ready to go in case I had an issue with my good stuff.
