the problem u r having is a stipped gear..i went wiht a hitech 82mg but a hitech 85mg will also work. u have to use oneof the arms that come with the servo and have to drill out the holes on the horn...

If u want them in sync. Try making the y harness equal. The wires going to the escs should be the same so they get the sginal at the same time.
