They are not quite the same - the 2013 deck will fit the 2015 - it doesn't have the holes for the motor mount and has a slightly different design to better accommodate the 5mm connectors on lipos.

If the Tx you have is a 27MHZ AM set then you can change crystals if it is a 70Mhz set then not.

I saw that someone had the same (Youtube) issue and another racer advised him to download an app called Play Tube. Copy the you tube URL and paste it into Play Tube. This gets around the you tube...
