I assume there are a few typos on the form - it says that Touring Cars will be 6 minute heats (I guess this should be 5 to be in line with IFMAR rules), and it says about "Semi Finals" (again, I assume you re-cycled a flyer from a nitro race or something and missed that bit!).
It would be worth clarifying that, otherwise as it reads it's a bit confusing!

saucing tires for TC had a 3 minute window for qualifying for all drivers
With 1/12 needing at least 30 min it will also have a designated area for drivers to sauce under supervision & tire sauce will be supplied
For both classes we are looking to have SXT available to purchase $6 a bottle for all drivers so they can use SXT to prep there tires on there own but will then be controlled & supplied at the designated area
Touring car will use 3.0
1/12th will use WC Blend

TC will be control tyre and additive (with a 3min window for applying it) with no tyre warmers allowed.

With a bigger window were suggesting tire treatment SXT WC Blend
yes that is what is the process for touring car 3 min no tire Warmers
Tire treatment will be SXT 3.0
