just put a steel wheel nut on the thread before before grinding the axle down, then back the nut off and it’ll pull any burrs off of the thread.

Off set spur gears

RW racing sell off set spur gears machined to fit xray’s, down to 80t at 64DP and you can buy 64dp pinions over 60t.

Shouldn’t be a problem.

Widening the front hinge pins .3mm each side ( .6mm overall) calms the car down too.

yes, one guy is running 2.5mm front and 1.5mm rear, outdoors and me and the rest are using 3mm front and 1mm rear on carpet.
