Try a Hudy, all Hudy horns are 7075-T6. Expensive but that's why.
Most if not all other brands use 6061 and it's a significant strength difference, not sure about the Tekno one though.

However 1900kV is likely too low and you'll see reduced top speed, as the rc guy says 2200kV on 3S will maintain your current top...

I can't make out writing from the blurry pic, but new XT90s should come with an endcap which clips on over the terminals, so heatshrink isn't needed.
