The one from the Evo7 will likely not fit as you would then lose the mounting points for the Evo8 top decks, moreover the Evo7 top cap uses three screws and the forth hole being a keyed opening.

If you check the manual, the 419XR uses much more spacers than the 420. Don't remember exactly but I think on the 420 there's only 1.5mm total of spacers.

I remember checking those pins frequently when I raced my XR, all those spacers gives the arm a lot of leverage over the pins. On the 420 they almost removed them.

With my setup I had to add 20g on the front (2x10g 419 weights) to make race weight of 1320g.
