I spent about 4 hours at the track on Wednesday. my superglue hack is holding up well, but a pulley is the smarter fix. didn't loose the belt all day.

after getting over some tire gluing issues...

I was playing around with moving the top deck. it dosent matter which way the top deck is, the front belt is too loose. a new belt is not going to fix it. The center pully is maybe 1 ~ 2 mm too...
