But some findings are as follows
I have re shimmed front and rear diffs so there is no play in side to side movement in the diff casing...

New bell and new bearings. As for spacers no I haven't. I shim my clutch to have no play and spin 100% free. :) thanks so much for your help. I will let everyone know of my findings soon

Oh and the only reasoning I say it's a problem moving front to back and making noise as it's just changing where it's running on the bell so if it's happy in one spot and thought it maybe or may not...

Yeah mate that does make perfect sense with tweak as chassis tweak happens in onroad so. But I replaced the clutch bell so the teeth on the spur are worn but not to the point I would have thought...

Mate as soon as you have gone to wide open throttle it's way too lean. That's the biggest mistake and most common. If it's to rich it will keep trying to rev but sound blubbery but if it's to lean it...
