Same here with my 7200, altough I would better go for the 6000 now. The 7200 are far too heavy and are unbalancing my car by 30g (Awesomatix with LRP and Sanwa electronics)

My LRP batteries puffed after 3 runs, but they still have less internal resistance than the Intellects. Only my personal experience

+ the sticker gets loose :D

There should be a little clearance, not much, like the gear mesh between your spur/pinion.
I never use grease on the gears.
