I'm also running on turf with a b6. I've tried a few different diff fluids for my gear diff but after the suggestion from my LHS I went with 7k... so far, I'm quite liking it .. I'd say worth trying...

I'm running on 15mm Astro. Really fresh and tight fibers (3 weeks old-ish). mini pins w/ cut staggers are the way to go for me. It may change as it gets broken in more but for now they're solid.
