Frozen lipo

So fedex was kind enough to leave a package on my doorstep containing a brand new 1s lipo. It was sitting in -23 celcius for about 5hours. Is this battery damaged before I even got to use it?

Back in the day "stock" meant the crappy motor which came with the kit. Now "stock" means buy a top dollar kit and a $100 dollar motor and $100 motor tuner to set timing properly and a good battery...

Wouldn't increasing front droop in this situation make the symptom worse? More front droop (up travel) will want to transfer more weight to rear. Or do I have it wrong in my head lol:confused:
