It will use the same holes on the chassis. Just not sure if the holes will match the tweak plate as I don’t have a 12r5 to test. On a side note it matched perfectly on my destiny vd12.

Yes it does. It fits all cars that used the old associated pivot.

I use it on my RSD car. Just had to cut the wings off to use my tweak plate.

The other option is to get the Pivot, Side links(has pivot plastic insert), R6 tweak plate and short damper tubes. Easy way to convert a 5.2 to transverse battery.

I should be able to convert my R10R5.1 also?

Anyone find pivot balls for the upper and lower front arms that get rid of the excessive slop?

I know Xenon upper pivot balls and outer arms will work. But what about the lowers in the carbon fiber arms?

You might struggle with Xenon balls, as they are for a 1/8 pin, the R6 uses 3mm pins.

Ah thanks Matt.

Perhaps X-ray balls will fit in the r6 upper and lower arms?

In this case you can try the king pin balls from Roche they are made for the X1 and X12.

Aaron, yes, I believe the Xray balls should fit. I don't have an issue with the bottom balls tbh, just the top.

Which Roche balls are you referring to?? As their car used Xenon parts, so 1/8 pin.

Roche Part no 310077. They are for F1 car that uses a 3mm kingpin. you may need to add another kingpin spacer to get the correct height.

I actually swap the kingpins, knuckles, and pivot balls for some Xenon stuff.
Zero slop. Lowers a little tight but they'll break in.
