Hyperdrive still manufactures and support there 1/12 scale oval car. Since there hasn't been that much interest in 12th oval it hasn't been updated in a few years, but that can change quickly.

You will be better off using a more rigid chassis, graphite/fiberglass or even th eoriginal plastic chassis. They use brass tubing to make your cage. the brass will solder together, but won't hold up...

You can electroplate your own titanium parts. Try searching on here or on Google for info and colors available. It's easy to do. FYI you can't anodized titanium, anodizing is an aluminum process.

Why would you say there's no way to change gearing. You can get different size pinion bevel gears and the cam (motor mount) on the motor works the same way as it would mounted in it's original...
