40 is really high for mechanical timing and depending on your gearing could cook the motor. I'm assuming that your trying to get the maximum speed in Blinky so you are probably geared to the moon...

Does ebuggy qualify as a modified class? So if you run a 1/10 2wd 17.5 blinky and an ebuggy then you are in the 17.5 Blinky Expert class?
