Yes, the MT-44 has a place for a neck strap, but it's so light, I'm not sure you'd need it.

in any case the 47x and 48x are the most current receivers and are sold with the mt44 so they should work perfect and support all functions, so the problem is not there.

the strange thing is for the radio and receiver there should be no difference how you bind it (it should be on modulation FH4T), the SSR or SHR is only towards the servos (channels), so the binding should work, but possible your servo won't depending if it supports SSR or not. Only top of the line sanwa Servo like the SRG-BLS and SRG-LS support SSR if you have another model like sdx-801 or ers-971 they only support SHR.

if you do not use high end sanwa servo just use SHR

Little battery update.
After running for 2.5hrs the 18650 Efest 3500mah has gone from 4.1 to 4.0.
Looks like this think will last w few months for me.
